What information can I put on SOS?
SOS comes with the template
installed. Load as much information as you want, as many
times as you want, change as needed.

Can I update my information?
Yes, we recommend that every time there is a change that
you update SOS.
Disasters do not wait for us to complete updates.
What services can access my information?
The emergency data is available to emergency personnel
with a PC with an USB.
Beyond that point a password is required made available
by you or you contact list.
You can refer to the information with and financial institution
or insurance carrier by plugging into the USB port.
Can my Doctor use my SOS?
Yes
Can I put “Do Not Resuscitate” on
SOS?
Yes, different states have different requirements; we
do not include Living Will or Advance Directive or DNR
orders with the SOS template.

or health department for your local laws.
