This Agreement shall be governed by the

Warranty and Returns
We are very happy that you have
chosen Survival on A Stick (SOS)
and become our partner. Our goal is to make customer satisfaction
a priority in our business. ?For this in mind we have
established following guidelines to protect you and your
customers with warranty issues.
As for all products purchased
from Survival on a Stick, we will provide 1 year warranty
if there exist any problem, after test by our engineers.
The guideline is follows;
Returns:-only the defective units
should be returned immediately. All claims must be made
within 5 days after receipt of goods and any/all returns
are subject to a return fee of 15% of the item cost.
Shipping method for returning
goods?. The customers should return the defectives unit
only by post either UU Post Office or UPS.
Package Requirement. ?When customer
sends a defective product it is required that customers
provide prepaid freight and provide invoice of freight
charges. Shipped products must be properly packaged to
prevent damage during transit. SOS
will refund the freight charges if the product is found
to be defective.
Repaired and returned period?.
After receiving of the returned defectives unit SOS
will finish repairs within 2 weeks and will send back
the repaired or replacement unit to the customer freight
prepaid.
